Eagle Activewear digitizes in Pulse and would love an opportunity to work with you on your digitizing projects. We will provide the pulse .pxf file with the image embedded as well as industry standard stitch files. This is much better than getting stitch files that you have very little control to edit. That way you can make edits yourself for size, density, etc... If you happen to run Pulse. However, we will make these adjustments for you for free for life if needed or if you are running digitizing software other than pulse.

We price digitizing based on the complexity of the art. Not stitch count. We have never thought that was fair to charge by the thousand for digitizing. We do not think you want to pay us for creating a box with 10,000 stitches in it by the thousand. We can produce a box in a few mouse clicks. That would be $30 already if charging $3.00 per thousand. For price comparison purposes we typically average $2-$4 per thousand. An average left chest cost estimate is $20-$40. We like to say overseas pricing with American service and support!

Our digitizing will save you dollars in the long run. We cringe when we receive a stitch file from a customer. People seem to think once a logo is digitized it will run on any fabric perfectly. We wish that were the case.

We set the files to match the fabric. If your embroidery order contains polar fleece and nylon you need two stitch files! One set to the densities and settings for each material. So in other words you need fewer stitches for nylon than polar fleece. When Eagle runs the embroidery you will reap the rewards on the lower stitch when applicable! Saving you money every time the logo is run by digitizing correctly in the first place. Eagle Activewear provides editing for new fabrics, size, etc. for free for life for all clients in good standing.

Digitizing is typically completed in 1-3 days. No minimum charges. We store a copy of the design. in case you lose it in the. future or need it edited.
