Eagle Activewear specializes in embroidering difficult items. Other embroidery shops often ship us problem products when they raise the white flag. Rolling luggage, hats, specialty fabrics are a few of the challenges that seem to find their way to Warrenton, Mo. Through a combination of in house digitizing, inventing special tools, owning two major clamping systems, and a dedicated staff we search out solutions to your embroidery problems. Even though we like a challenge it’s okay to send us any embroidery job that you need the unbeatable combination of great price, timely processing of orders, responsive customer service, and quality outcome. While these companies or people do not know we are in the background providing services for them we often complete work for Microsoft, Google, IBM, Disney, John Deere, and Fox Studios. Our embroidery has landed on Dave Matthews, Peyton Manning and Justin Timberlake to name a few.

We like to keep our pricing as simple as possible.

Sew charge is $.35 per thousand stitches. So 8500 stitches is (8.5 X .35) = $2.98

$2.00 is the minimum charge on most items and most bags are $3.00

An exception to the minimum is hat backs for $1.00 or a similar simple placement.

LTM - Less Than Minimum Fee

For orders under 6 pieces per set up a $5.00 LTM fee will apply.

Example:

An order for 4 polo's and 4 hats. You will have two LTM fees.

An order with 2 logos and 5 pieces you will incur two LTM charges.

An order of 5 pieces with the same logo equals one LTM fee.

Personalization's are $5.00 per location on left chest size placements. 

No limit on number of characters or words.

Numbers are typically $3.00

Please contact us for a quote on large size personalization.

Digitizing: Based off the complexity of the design, Simple Designs are typically $20.00.

More complex are between $25.00 and $50.00. Please feel free to email your art for a quote.

Sew Outs: $10.00 on supplied files. On files we digitized no charge on new orders. Sew outs may cause delays in production.
